Management system certification encompasses all functions related to certification, from the submission of the application to the issuance of the certificate and its ongoing maintenance.
The certification services provided by UAB “Sistemų registras” are based on the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, fairness, and objectivity.

Certification Process
Step 1 – Application Submission
Download the application form, complete it, and send it to us by email at info@sertifikuoti.lt
The information provided in the application gives the certification body the initial data necessary to evaluate and plan the certification process.
Once we assess the submitted information, we will contact you with a quotation and service terms.
You will receive the offer within 5 business days.
Step 2 – Contract Signing
A certification services agreement is signed with each client seeking to obtain a management system certificate.
The certification process is described in detail in UAB “Sistemų registras” Certification Regulations, which form an integral part of the certification services agreement.
Step 3 – Certification Audit Date and Time
The date and time of the certification audit are agreed upon individually with each organization undergoing certification.
Step 4 – Audit Report, Certification Decision, and Certificate Issuance
Following the audit, an audit report is prepared, and a certification decision is made.
Once the certification body completes the management system certification audit in accordance with the international ISO standards requested by the client, and a positive decision is made confirming the organization’s compliance with those standards, a certificate is issued.
The certificate confirms that the organization, in carrying out the activities specified in the certificate, complies with the applicable international ISO standard(s) under which it has been certified.
The issued certificate is valid for three years.
Step 5 – Surveillance Audits
To ensure that the certified organization continues to comply with the applicable requirements, a surveillance audit of the management system(s) is conducted annually.
The date and time of the surveillance audit are agreed upon individually with each certified organization.
