• Responding promptly to client complaints and adhering to the procedure for handling appeals;

• Consistently complying with the requirements of LST EN ISO/IEC 17021-1, related IAF mandatory documents, as well as other applicable requirements issued by the accreditation body, state supervisory authorities, and internal documents developed by UAB “Sistemų registras”;
