Packaging. Hygiene management in the production of food packaging. Requirements
Ensuring the safety of packaging that comes into contact with food is just as important as ensuring the safety of the food itself, as unsafe packaging can be a carrier of pathogens. Communication between members of the food packaging chain is essential to ensure that all packaging hygiene-related hazards are identified and properly managed. Packaging hygiene is a shared responsibility, and is primarily ensured by the coordinated efforts of all those involved in the packaging chain.
