Food safety management systems. Requirements for any organization in the food production chain

A food safety management system can be certified in all organizations in the food safety chain, starting from suppliers of sanitary or packaging materials that come into contact with food, ending with food and feed manufacturers, harvesters, farmers. Even the smallest consumer complaint regarding the safety or quality of a food product creates a negative reputation for an organization in society, therefore it is very important to identify product safety control points at each stage of product production and apply control methods to ensure that all product safety and quality assurance measures are implemented at each stage of product production.
